Your quotation enquiry
Upspray LTD uses your name, email, optional phone number, property postcode and project description to respond to your request and discuss a quotation. Your enquiry is emailed to Jack@upspray.co.uk. It is not added to a marketing list.
The website’s Cloudflare service checks and processes the form, and Brevo sends the enquiry email to our business mailbox. A submission reference, a fingerprint of the submitted details and its sending status are retained for about 90 days to prevent duplicate emails. The form fields are not stored in this technical database. Enquiry emails are kept in our business mailbox while needed for correspondence, quotations and any resulting work.
Security
Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions to help prevent spam. The check may process browser and network information. This protection is separate from optional advertising measurement.
Optional advertising measurement
If you choose “Allow measurement”, Google Ads uses advertising cookies to help measure visits from our adverts and successful quotation submissions. Google may also display a forwarding telephone number to measure calls made after an advert visit. Calls and enquiries still reach Upspray.
Our conversion event contains a random submission reference. We do not include your name, email, phone number, postcode or project description in that event. We do not enable enhanced conversions or personalised advertising through this setup.
You can reject optional measurement and still use the form, phone, email and WhatsApp. Your cookie choice is remembered on this browser for up to six months. Use to change it.
